MEALS
bring your own cup to the office...
to avoid using styrofoam cups.
[hmm, and styrofoam cups are bad for health as well!]
use a water bottle you can reuse...
instead of buying bottled water everyday
PRINTING AND PAPER
do you really need to print?...
so much??

print on both sides...
to save paper.
print of write addresses directly onto the envelopes...
instead of using self-adhesive labels.
[managers, your 12-cards!?]
reuse the blank side or printed paper...
for notes and messages.
[stop throwing those 'register' thingy..]
STATIONERY
use refillable pens or pencils.
buy cardboard...
rather than plastic binders/files and remove old contents to reuse files.
[maybe it's a better idea to put documents into boxes, rather than filing, they take up too much space anyway]
re-use envelopes...
for internal office mail.
[that's what our admin stuff is doing *thumbsup]
make your own pen holders...
from used tins, or empty boxes.
COMPUTER AND ELECTRONICS
switch off the computer...
after use.
[we're so guilty of this!]
delete old files...
and reuse CDs
turn off your chargers...
when not in use, as most mobile chargers continue to use electricity even when the phone is not plugged in.
